Description
The NEO CO2 set differs from a regular "still" with its gel mash, which is patented by NEO. The gel form prevents the yeast from mixing with the nutrient. The only access the yeast has to the nutrient is through the upper surface of the gel mash. As a result, the mash is evenly consumed, and the yeast consistently emits the same amount of CO2.
A single batch of mash lasts for 50 days.
