CO2 cylinder Aquario BLUE:
The cylinder itself is not everything. Along with the cylinder in its original form, a high-quality valve is provided. It is the valve together with the cylinder that creates one product called "CO2 Cylinder Aquario BLUE". Aquario BLUE cylinders are manufactured for use only with carbon dioxide, guaranteeing comprehensive safety during use and installation.

Both the cylinder and the valve meet all required safety standards and the following certificates:

- painted according to the PN EN 1089-3 standard
- European Certificate - Pi Mark
- Has DIN number
- ISO
- Legalization for 10 years in the EU from the date of production

The highest quality is confirmed by a seven-year warranty provided at the time of purchase of the cylinder. It is worth noting that most cars produced today have a shorter warranty period.

A significant convenience is the handy handle located just above the valve. It facilitates the transport and installation of the CO2 system. Additionally, it is required in some EU countries to be able to reach the market. Besides making it easier to carry the cylinder, the handle protects the valve during transport from impacts.

What does using CO2 in an aquarium provide?
By using CO2, we are able to control the pH of the water and provide the essential component for plant photosynthesis.

Is using CO2 safe?
Completely and undeniably. CO2 is not harmful. Even if the entire gas is released in a closed room, nothing bad will happen. It is the same gas that is found in, for example, carbonated water.

How long will the gas from the cylinder last?
It depends on the amount and occupancy of plants. Assuming that the plants cover about 75% of the substrate - a 5l cylinder for a 300l aquarium will last for 7 - 9 months.

Can the cylinder be laid horizontally?
No. The high-pressure cylinder must stand upright. Otherwise, there is a risk of freezing the regulator.

What pressure can the cylinder and valve withstand? How much can be filled with CO2 gas in BAR/PSI?
The cylinder can be filled to a maximum of 250 Bar. The valve has a safety device set at 190 Bar. The pressure that should be in a cylinder filled with CO2 gas is 1000 PSI, which is about 60 Bar. This is the recommended working pressure for the BLUE cylinder and regulator.

Absolutely not. The certification of the cylinder can be extended in any EU country for another 10 years.

Considering the characteristics of the Aquario BLUE product series, it can be accurately stated that it is the diametrical opposite of CO2 dosing products commonly found on the Polish market. Various non-original items, which can be easily found for sale, are often modified from products intended for use in welding or firefighting installations. Originally, these manufacturers are designed to operate at extremely different working and outlet pressures. Using such modifications poses a real threat of imprecise and unstable CO2 dosing into the aquarium. The consequence of this is sudden fluctuations in water pH and a reduction in the amount of oxygen in the water, thus threatening the life of fish and plants.
