CO2 cylinder Aquario BLUE:
The cylinder itself is not everything. Along with the cylinder in its original form, a high-quality valve is supplied. It is the valve along with the cylinder that creates one product called "CO2 Cylinder Aquario BLUE". The Aquario BLUE cylinders are produced for use only with carbon dioxide, ensuring comprehensive safety during use and installation.

Both the cylinder and the valve meet all required safety standards and the following certifications:

- valve with a safety feature up to 190 BAR
- painted according to the PN EN 1089-3 standard
- European Certificate - Pi Mark
- Has DIN number
- ISO
- 10-year legalization in the EU from the date of production

The highest quality is confirmed by a seven-year warranty provided at the time of purchase of the cylinder. It is worth noting that most cars produced today have a shorter warranty period.

Cylinders can be used and refilled throughout the EU. 

Convenient handle:
A significant convenience is the handy handle located just above the valve. It facilitates the transport and installation of the CO2 system. Additionally, it is required in some EU countries to be able to be sold. Besides making it easier to carry the cylinder, the handle protects the valve during transport from impacts.

Original box and product sleeve:
The Aquario Blue cylinders are sold with boxes. This packaging works excellently for transport, and the thick walls of the box allow for the shipment of the cylinder via courier without the need for additional packaging. What does using CO2 in an aquarium provide?
Thanks to the use of CO2, we can control the pH of the water and provide the essential component for the photosynthesis of plants.

Is using CO2 safe?
Completely and undeniably. CO2 is not harmful. Even if all the gas were released in a closed room, nothing bad would happen. It is the same gas that is found in, for example, sparkling water.

How long does the gas from the cylinder last?
It depends on the number and density of plants. Assuming the plants cover about 75% of the substrate - a 2l cylinder for a 150l aquarium will last for 6 - 8 months.

Can the cylinder lie horizontally?
No. The high-pressure cylinder must stand upright. Otherwise, there is a risk of freezing the regulator.

What pressure can the cylinder and valve withstand? How much CO2 gas can be filled in BAR/PSI?
The cylinder can be filled to a maximum of 250 Bar. The valve has a safety setting at 190 Bar. The pressure that should be in the cylinder filled with CO2 gas is 1000 PSI, which is about 60 Bar. This is the recommended working pressure of the cylinder and the BLUE regulator.

If the cylinder has a 10-year certification, does that mean it should be disposed of after that time?
Absolutely not. The certification of the cylinder can be extended in any EU country for another 10 years.


Hazards of using home kits made from randomly selected components of welding, fire extinguishing, and other origins:
Considering the features of the Aquario BLUE product series, it can be accurately stated that it is the diametrical opposite of the products used for dosing CO2 commonly found on the Polish market. Various non-original articles, which can easily be found for sale, are often modified from products intended for use in welding or fire extinguishing systems. Originally, these manufacturers are adapted to operate under extremely different working and outlet pressures. Using such modifications poses a real threat of imprecise and unstable dosing of CO2 into the aquarium. The consequence of this is sudden spikes in water pH and a reduction in the amount of oxygen in the water, thus endangering the life of fish and plants.
