A ceramic heater is an excellent way to warm terrariums inhabited by nocturnal animals that do not like bright light.
The emitter is also well-suited for high-humidity terrariums, as the ceramic coating protects against corrosion and is resistant to moisture and is significantly more resistant to rapid temperature changes, avoiding cracks that can occur with glass bulbs. In humid conditions, the emitter does not burn out as easily as bulbs.

The emitter radiates a large amount of heat, essential for the life of reptiles, as well as natural infrared radiation, which warms not only the reptile's skin but also its bones and muscles, aiding digestion, comfort, and activity of the reptile.

The unique "bell" shape of the Repti-Zoo emitter concentrates heat and infrared beams, creating a heat island.

The emitter has an exceptionally long lifespan, operating for over 10,000 hours, which is much longer than ordinary heating bulbs. It also has a standard large E27 base that fits most lamps and bulb sockets.
Ceramic emitters, unlike bulbs, emit 99% of the consumed energy in the form of heat and infrared radiation.
