Unmatched efficiency – ULTRAMAX filters stand out with very high water flow rates (max. from 1000 to 2000 l/h), allowing them to operate efficiently even in very large tanks (up to 700 l). Moreover, they are exceptionally spacious and contain significant amounts of filter media placed in convenient, ergonomic baskets, each with a capacity of 1.9 l (the number of baskets varies from 3 to 5 depending on the model). This ensures extremely effective filtration, both mechanical and biological. You can have a complete set of fillings carefully selected to meet the needs of a typical aquarium.
Built-in pre-filter – this is a novelty in the market. Each ULTRAMAX filter lid contains a built-in large sponge pre-filter (approx. 0.6 l capacity). Its purpose is to catch larger mechanical impurities before they enter the filter. This effectively protects the device from clogging and minimizes the frequency of necessary cleaning. Instead, it is enough to regularly rinse the sponge pre-filter in tap water – this process takes just a few minutes and does not require disconnecting the filter from the power supply or removing it from the aquarium cabinet.
Unusually quiet operation – the thoughtful design of the filter pump rotor and its chamber, based on over 30 years of AQUAEL engineers' experience, combined with a ceramic rotor shaft, ensures inaudible, virtually silent operation. This allows the filter to operate unobtrusively in any room, even in the bedroom!
Exceptionally low electricity consumption – AQUAEL cares about the natural environment and the wallets of its customers. Therefore, the innovative ULTRAMAX filters are characterized by very low energy consumption, which translates into reduced bills. The ULTRAMAX 2000 model has a power consumption of only 24 W!
User safety – the water inlets and outlets in ULTRAMAX filters are equipped with exceptionally sturdy, double ball valves. This allows for easy and quick disconnection of hoses from the filter during cleaning and prevents even minor water leaks!
The ULTRAMAX line includes three models (ULTRAMAX 1000, 1500, 2000) with flow rates from 1000 to 2000 l/h.
