The Oase BioMaster Thermo 850 filter is an interesting option for demanding aquarists who value a large volume of filter media alongside high pump efficiency. Made from high-quality materials, all components are perfectly fitted. The filter is equipped with a large sponge pre-filter that can be easily cleaned without the need to open the entire canister, which significantly facilitates its use; this is one of its most important advantages. Another distinguishing feature compared to other filters is the ability to install a heater of power specified by the manufacturer. The Thermo600 version of the filter comes with a 400W heater included. Another advantage is the easy adjustment of the pump's performance. A solid handle also allows for convenient transportation of the filled filter. The filter is equipped with filter media in the form of sponges of varying porosity and patented Oase biological filtration media called Hel-X. All media are housed in dedicated filter baskets. The baskets can be easily removed and filled with any filter media in any order.
