Millet Alegia is an excellent addition to diversify the diet of birds and parrots. Millet is a staple in the diet of many parrots and birds, containing plenty of natural vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, iron, iodine, and soluble silica. It also contains valuable unsaturated fatty acids, about 20% protein, 10% fiber, 5% fat, and as much as 70% carbohydrates.
It is very eagerly eaten by almost all birds.
