NEO MEDIA PURE is a truly neutral filtering material and has a minimal impact on pH. The insert NEO MEDIA PURE does not raise the pH of slightly acidic aquariums and does not lower the pH of slightly alkaline aquariums. It is suitable for all types of aquariums, such as: planted, shrimp tanks, Malawi, Tanganyika, marine including SPS corals.
The insert NEO MEDIA Pure does not change the pH value, maintaining it at a level of 6~7. Additionally, the NEO MEDIA inserts come in three varieties: PURE, SOFT, and HARD, which respectively: do not change pH, soften water, and harden water.
Diverse porosity:
The production process along with the fiber structure has allowed for the creation of an insert that has varying pore sizes, allowing for the settlement and rapid development of different types of bacteria responsible for the transformation of harmful substances.
