It is suitable for all aquariums where the water pH is too high, such as: planted tanks, shrimp tanks, Malawi, Tanganyika, marine aquariums with SPS corals. The NEO MEDIA SOFT insert changes pH values by lowering them and maintaining a stable level around 6~7. Additionally, NEO MEDIA inserts come in three variants: PURE, SOFT, and HARD, which respectively: do not change pH, soften water, and harden water.
Diverse porosity:
The production process along with the fiber structure allowed for the creation of an insert with varying pore sizes, enabling the settlement and rapid growth of different types of bacteria responsible for the transformation of harmful substances.
