NEO MEDIA PURE is a truly neutral filtering material with a minimal impact on pH. The NEO MEDIA PURE filter media does not raise the pH of slightly acidic aquariums and does not lower the pH of slightly alkaline aquariums. It is suitable for all types of aquariums, such as: planted, shrimp, Malawi, Tanganyika, and marine aquariums with SPS corals.
The NEO MEDIA Pure media does not change the pH, maintaining it at a level of 6~7. Additionally, NEO MEDIA media are available in three variants: PURE, SOFT, and HARD, which respectively: do not change pH, soften water, and harden water.
Diverse porosity:
The production process along with the fiber structure has allowed for the creation of media that have varying pore sizes, enabling the settling and rapid development of different types of bacteria responsible for converting harmful substances.
