DVH BioGro 3x250ml - bacteria

The set includes 3 bottles of 250ml each.

Biogro 1 - Contains 12 pathogen-free and naturally cultivated strains of bacteria that produce enzymes essential for maintaining biological balance in the tank.

Biogro 2 - Reduces toxic concentrations of ammonia and nitrites to acceptable levels within a few days, supporting the nitrification process. Contains 14 pathogen-free and naturally cultivated strains of bacteria, including Nitrosomonas, Nitrobacter, and Nitrospira. For optimal effects, Bacillus strains that work closely with nitrifying bacteria have been added.

Biogro 3 - Contains 9 pathogen-free and naturally cultivated strains of bacteria. They effectively reduce the sediment/sludge that accumulates on rocks and sand. This sediment is an excellent environment for the birth and proliferation of pathogenic organisms. Sediment/sludge can release gases harmful to fish and corals and cause unpleasant odors coming from the aquarium.

Biogro bacteria multiply quickly, remove harmful organic matter from the aquarium, improve water clarity, and create a healthy environment for all aquarium inhabitants. With a special formula, the bacteria effectively act on various filtration materials. Biogro are aerobic bacteria. To stimulate their population, it is advisable to have a well-aerated tank.

When you start using the Biogro product, it is important to disconnect the UV lamp and/or ozone for 24 hours. No chemical products should be used. Shake the bottle before use. Bacteria can be dosed from the three bottles simultaneously or by taking breaks between individual bottles.

Dosing:
Initial dose: 120ml from each bottle/750L
Subsequent doses: 40ml from each bottle/750L

The dosing is calculated for an average aquarium.
Each aquarist should adjust the dose to the needs of their aquarium. Changing the dose to lower or higher does not cause any negative effects.
After opening the bottles, it is recommended to store the bacteria in the refrigerator, although it is not necessary as long as they are not kept at too high a temperature.
Biogro bacteria should be used within 6 months of opening.

The "shock" dose of Biogro 2 and 3 helps combat plagues such as cyano or dino.
