Fantastic handmade sculpted and painted piece:
This is undoubtedly the greatest advantage of the background. The deep rock form is maximally diverse to look as realistic as possible. Additionally, numerous grooves and bulges preserve a natural disorder. Hand painting completes the character in line with original nature. The decorative coating of the background is hard as stone and additionally allows for climbing.
Handmade:
The background is entirely produced by humans. Therefore, each one is different in terms of the shape of the rock and its final colors - these do not differ greatly and fit within a specific range of colors shown in the pictures.
Sealing foam on the sides:
Ensures a perfect fit of the background and prevents substrate or feeder animals from getting behind the background. The foam is adhered with natural glue.
For which terrarium?
The background fits perfectly into original terrariums from Repti-Zoo and Wacool and is specifically designed for tanks from this manufacturer. It can also be used in Repti-Planet and Exo Terra as well as in any other with external dimensions of 20x20x30cm
Installation method:
Simply insert the background into the terrarium. The perfect fit (for Repti-Zoo and Wacool) and foam ensure that the background does not require gluing or any other method of installation. Natural glue was used to adhere the foam. It is safe for animals, but its drawback is quick evaporation. Therefore, after unpacking, you should immediately place the background into the terrarium. Before introducing the reptile, the terrarium should be ventilated for about 60 minutes (just enough time to arrange the rest of the decorations)
