Fantastic hand-carved and painted piece:
This is undoubtedly the biggest advantage of the background. The deep rock form is maximally varied to look as realistic as possible. Additionally, there are numerous grooves and bulges to maintain a natural disorder. The hand painting complements the character in line with original nature. The decorative coating of the background is as hard as stone and also allows for climbing.
Handmade:
The background is entirely produced by hand. Therefore, each one is different in terms of the rock form and its final colors - the latter do not differ much and fit within the color range presented in the photos.
Sealing foam on the sides:
It provides a perfect fit for the background and prevents substrate or feeder animals from getting behind it. The foam is glued with natural adhesive.
For which terrarium?
The background fits perfectly in original Repti-Zoo and Wacool terrariums and is specifically dedicated to tanks from this manufacturer. It can also be used in Repti-Planet and Exo Terra as well as in any other with external dimensions of 360x45x60cm
Installation method:
The background simply needs to be placed into the terrarium. The perfect fit (for Repti-Zoo and Wacool) and the foam mean that the background does not require gluing or any other mounting method. The foam was adhered using natural glue. It is safe for animals, but its drawback is that it evaporates quickly. Therefore, after unpacking, you should place the background in the terrarium immediately. Before introducing your reptile, the terrarium should be aired out for about 60 minutes (just enough time to arrange the rest of the decorations)
