The JBL Aqua-T Handy angle cleaner allows for easy removal of stubborn algae from aquarium glass. Thanks to the small distance between the blade and the handle of the cleaner, you cannot damage the silicone adhesive in the aquarium. Aqua-T is suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums. What should you absolutely pay attention to while cleaning the glass?
Aquarium glass, unlike plastic (acrylic/plexiglass), is harder than steel. Therefore, you will not create any scratches with blades or metal cleaners. However, gravel and sand in the aquarium are harder and can scratch if they get between the cleaner and the glass. Therefore, be cautious when bringing the cleaner close to the glass near the bottom. The silicone seams of your aquarium are also at risk. Please avoid damaging the silicone seams with the blades of the glass cleaner. For cleaning these sensitive areas, a cleaning glove is suitable (JBL PROSCAPE CLEANING GLOVE).
