SunSun ACO-007 - aeration set 90l/min

A complete aeration set designed for ponds, lakes, and other water bodies. In the set, you receive all the necessary elements to operate the aerator. An efficient pump distinguished by high compression power, allowing air to be pumped deep underwater.

What distinguishes the ACO Heavy Series from the regular ACO from other manufacturers?
The Heavy Series ACO features the same proven and simple motor design. However, slightly different materials were used for the production of individual, yet key elements.

The piston is made of thermoplastic materials, constantly adjusting its volume to the shapes of the motor, where at high temperatures, deformations can occur up to only 0.1mm. Despite these small changes in the volume of metal due to temperature effects, the piston tightly fills the cylinder, maintaining the highest work efficiency.

The cylinder and moving parts are made of a high-strength aluminum alloy Zl102. The use of this more expensive material, compared to regular ACO materials, noticeably affected the noise level, efficiency, and, above all, the durability of the device.

Lubrication of the motor:
In the Heavy Series ACO, lubrication of the motor with oils, lubricants, etc., has been eliminated. The use of artificial lubrication is not effective over longer periods, as it can easily wear out. Instead, the walls of the cylinder and the piston are highly polished. This finish genuinely, not artificially, reduces friction while also affecting the operating temperature and power consumption.
