SunSun ACO-006 - aeration set 85l/min

What distinguishes the ACO Heavy Series from the regular ACO from other manufacturers?
The Heavy Series ACO features the same proven and simple motor design. However, different materials have been used for the production of individual, yet key elements.

The piston is made of thermoplastic materials, continuously adjusting its volume to the shapes of the motor, where at high temperatures, deformations may occur of only 0.1mm. Despite these slight changes in metal volume due to temperature influence, the piston seals the cylinder tightly, maintaining the highest work efficiency.

The cylinder and moving parts are made of high-strength aluminum alloy Zl102. The use of this more expensive material, compared to that of regular ACO, has noticeably impacted the noise level, efficiency, and, most importantly, the durability of the device.

Lubrication of the motor:
In the Heavy Series ACO, lubrication of the motor with oils, lubricants, etc., has been eliminated. The use of artificial lubrication is ineffective over longer periods, as it can wear out easily. Instead, the walls of the cylinder and the piston are highly polished. This finish realistically, and not artificially, reduces friction, while also affecting the operating temperature and power consumption.
