SunSun ACO-005 - aeration set 80l/min

Complete aeration set designed for ponds, water gardens, and other water bodies. The set includes all the necessary components to start the aerator. An efficient pump distinguished by high compression power, which allows air to be pushed deep under water.

What distinguishes the ACO Heavy Series from the regular ACO from other manufacturers?
The ACO Heavy Series features the same proven and simple engine design. However, slightly different materials were used in the production of individual, yet key components.

The piston is made of thermoplastic materials, constantly adjusting its volume to the shapes of the engine, where at high temperatures, distortions may occur that reach only 0.1mm. Despite these small changes in the volume of metal due to temperature influence, the piston tightly fills the cylinder, maintaining the highest efficiency of operation.

The cylinder and moving parts are made from a high-strength aluminum alloy Zl102. The use of this more expensive material, compared to those used in regular ACO, noticeably affected the noise level, efficiency, and above all, the durability of the device.

Lubrication of the engine:
In the ACO Heavy Series, lubrication of the engine with oils, lubricants, etc., has been eliminated. The use of artificial lubrication is not effective over a longer period, as it can easily wear out. Instead, the cylinder walls and the piston are highly polished. This finishing genuinely, rather than artificially, reduces friction, simultaneously affecting operating temperature and power consumption.
