SunSun ACO-002 - aeration set 40l/min

Complete aeration set designed for ponds, pools, and other water reservoirs. In the set, you receive all the necessary components to start the aerator. An efficient pump distinguished by high compression power, allowing air to be pumped deep underwater.

What distinguishes ACO Heavy Series from regular ACO from other manufacturers?
The Heavy Series ACO has the same proven and straightforward motor design. However, slightly different materials were used for the production of individual, yet crucial components.

The piston is made of thermoplastic materials, constantly adapting its volume to the shapes of the motor, where high temperatures may cause distortions of only 0.1mm. Despite these slight changes in the volume of metal due to temperature effects, the piston tightly fills the cylinder, maintaining the highest work efficiency.

The cylinder and moving parts are made of high-strength aluminum alloy Zl102. The use of this more expensive material, compared to regular ACO materials, noticeably affected the noise level, efficiency, and, most importantly, the durability of the device.

Motor lubrication:
In the Heavy Series ACO, the lubrication of the motor with oils, lubricants, etc., has been abandoned. Using artificial lubrication is not effective over a longer period, as it can easily wear out. Instead, the walls of the cylinder and the piston are highly polished. This finish effectively, rather than artificially, reduces friction while influencing operating temperature and power consumption.
