SunSun ACO-001 - aeration set 20l/min

A complete aeration set designed for ponds, lakes, and other water bodies. In the set, you receive all the necessary components to operate the aerator. An efficient pump featuring high compression power, which allows air to be pushed deep underwater.

What distinguishes the ACO Heavy Series from the regular ACO of other manufacturers?
The Heavy Series ACO has the same proven and simple motor design. However, slightly different materials were used for the production of individual, yet key components.

The piston is made of thermoplastic materials, constantly adapting its volume to the shapes of the motor, where at high temperatures, distortions may occur, reaching only 0.1mm. Despite these minor changes in metal volume due to temperature effects, the piston tightly fills the cylinder, maintaining the highest operational efficiency.

The cylinder and moving parts are made of high-strength aluminum alloy Zl102. The use of this more expensive material, compared to the standard ACO materials, has noticeably impacted the noise level, efficiency, and primarily the durability of the device.

Lubrication of the motor:
In the Heavy Series ACO, lubrication of the motor with oils, lubricants, etc., has been eliminated. The use of artificial lubrication is not effective over a longer period, as it can easily wear out. Instead, the walls of the cylinder and the piston are highly polished. This finish realistically, rather than artificially, reduces friction, while also affecting the operating temperature and power consumption.
